The gym arrived in a couple of days and took about 2 hours to assemble. As others have said, the instructions aren`t the best but with the aid of the photos on this website assembly wasn`t too taxing. The hardest part was figuring out where the cables all went. In use, it`s pretty smooth and feels solid. For the price it seems very good and I can do most of the exercises I used to have to go to the gym for. Recommended.

Very good value for money. As others have found the instructions were not all that but its not impossible to fix together but might need a little help.

Very happy with the gym, excellent value for money. The only downside were the instructions -not that great, but hopefully you only need to put it together once.

this home gym represents excellent value for money, it really does virtually everything you could want in a compact package. just take your time putting it together, lay everything out on the floor first as the instructions are not the best to follow, but you get there in the end.

fantastic product for the money exellent quality so many exersises from one machine without doing any adjustments to the gym itsself,took a day to put together as the instructions on how to put together is poor and dificult to understand. but once together ,worth the effort took approx 1 week to arrive would recomend to any one , thankyou

I ordered the gym on a Thursday and was assembling it on the Saturday morning! The gym has all the stations i could possibly need and is of a very solid and sturdy construction. (An engineering degree from NASA would be helpful to understand and follow the instructions). To Sumerise: A professional and courteous company to do business with. Very promt delivery. Excellent value for money. Recommended.
