From start to finish.Only problem was it is such a popular product we had to wait a longer time than originally thought to get it, however we were kept informed by email of delivery and when it did arrive the delivery man was really helpful. It came in 2 very heavy boxes but he very kindly carried them to the place we wanted them. Having read your other reviews I was just hoping it would be as easy to put up as they said and it was!!! My husband and two under 10's put it up in couple of hours! They have absolutely loved it and even the adults have had a sneaky bounce. 100% recommend."

"Very happy with the trampoline so far, it's solid and well made and bouncy.
One thing, when assembling, don't try to pull the springs from the frame to the mat (as in the instructions) this is nearly impossible. Attach them to the mat and pull them to the frame then it's a doddle to walk round attaching them.
4* rather than 5* because of the half hour I wasted trying to assemble as per instructions.
