"The website was easy to use. The delivery was prompt with e-mail indicating when delivery was scheduled. The Trampoline was pretty straightforwrd to put together which I did by myself with ease except that by the end of all the springs my arms were getting pretty tired. Took about 3 hours. The 10 foot Tramplone is excellent quality and all the family are having great fun on it "
