"Bought the 10 ft Super SE and ladder. Delivery was quick however the company delivered the 8ft version. Eventually rectified and arrived on time. Took about a week in total. Trampoline took about 3 hours to put up and instructions were clear enough. The trampoline is very good, my little girl loves it. I only have minor issues with it, the cover is really difficult to put on with the enclosure in place and the stitching on the protective cover has come loose. Not too big a deal though. Would definately recommend the trampoline and I am sure the delivery mistake was just that. As I said, my daughter loves it as do all the family and friends that have had a go. Well worth the price and have told friends to consider if they want to buy one."

"I made an order for a 10ft trampoline with enclosure via the outdoor toys direct website around 2pm on a Tuesday. Having missed the noon cut-off time, I asked for a next day delivery. Yet, to my surprise, the product arrived at my doorsteps on Wednesday morning. So I am very impressed with the service. The product itself is easy to assemble. Took me and my 10 year old daughter about 2 hours to assemble. I would definately recommend the site and the product."

"Very pleased with trampoline and service,sturdy and well constructed, have now got two very happy daughters.One critisism though, is the U-bolt clamps on the enclosure legs could each be made 5mm longer,as people like me with large hands struggled to start threading nuts onto bolts.Overall very happy with product and would recommend to future potential customers!."
