The customer service was excellent with regular emails advising the status of my order. The tramploine arrived in perfect condition and was a couple of weeks early which was a bonus.
Delivery - as per your email it is at the couriers discretion if they help you get the heavy boxes where you need them to be. The courier was polite and trollied them to the front door but no further so product had to wait outside until my husband could get home to lift them, one box in particular very heavy. "
