I have received this rower few days ago. It has been very reliable, quiet, in good working order and I am very satisfied with it. It has got all the features you can dream of. Looks and works professionally!

Received rower a few days ago. Works like a dream, the action is very smooth and incredibly quiet. The included wireless heart rate chest strap is a nice touch, and the blue backlit display is superb. It shows everything on one large screen (time, distance, strokes, stokes/min, calories, and heart rate). It's really everything I needed and more. The machine looks incredibly stylish as well. Aside from this store not making the overnight delivery time (missed it by one day), delivery and customer service has been fine.
