Very impressed with communication and delivery time. I am pleased with rower, although it lacks the real quality of the higher end rowers. But then what do you expect from one of the cheapest magnetic rowers around? For value for money, it is brilliant. Only down side is that it does not measure strokes per minute which would be helpful. Overall, Excellent product, Excellent price, Excellent customer service.

good machine but seat started grating after 10 days, probably needs some adjustment by us. My husband is tall and I think he looks too long for the machine. For this price though , good value machine.

Very easy to assemble and was delivered very quickly. Top quality product, only shame that computer does not calculate distance but apart from that GREAT

It took a bit longer than advertised to actually arrive, but I was kept well informed of the changes to delivery dates. The item itself was easy to assemble and very sturdy, and I couldn`t be happier with it. Great item at a great price!
