Excellent.Delivered 3 days before it was scheduled to arrive!! Rower,for the price, certainly exceeds expectations.Well constructed and with the resistance provides a very good workout.I love it, quality at a very affordable price. The proof will be if it survives constant use. I would certainly recommend this rower and your Company.Very efficient and pleasure to deal with. Thanks.

Machine exactly as described. Works well and smoothly. Fan cage makes some noise. Have used it for a week now along with other members of the family and we all agree it does what we expect of a rowing machine. We would have liked stroke rate and heart rate on display but cannot expect everything at this affordable price. Sales and delivery were excellent.

Fantastic machine great value for the price.Excellent customer service and delivery. No problem to put together using the instructions and tool kit supplied. All the family are now happily using it. top quality machine, great value for money very easy to assemble with supplied tools .exellent customer service when trying to arrange a delivery date , very impressed with whole serice and would recommend to anyone looking for sports equipment on the net.

Love it!! Really happy customer ! I don`t usually buy much over the internet so was a bit scared to be handing over my money, and wasn`t really believing the reviews written here....so I`m very relieved and happy to tell anyone who reads this that (a) this is a top notch company to deal with. They delivered promptly and courteously and I would definitely recommend them and (b) this particular rowing machine is fab!It`s quite easy to assemble (if you look at the machine parts first, THEN the diagram...it makes more sense)The rower is not as loud as I`d imagined it would be and it`s great to have the option of using the resistance levels.

Delivery excellent and about 30 minutes to put together - diagrams could be a bit better, but not really a major problem. Machine is good overall - good resistence, seat comfortable etc., but overall design is a little bit of a compromise due to the folding arrangement. I have had to put a bit of sponge on the flywheel to stop me banging my knuckles on it. Its not a major problem though: everything is a compromise on these machines for home use and I accept that. Slightly miffed that when I went on line today to do this review the price had dropped by £25, about a 10% reduction on what I paid last week... definitely a bargain at this price because of the resistence mode which you do not get on most air rowers. If you are going to use if for a serious workout (30 mins say three/four times a week) you will need the resistence.
