Very prompt and helpful delivery service. The product was well packaged and the unpacking and assembly instructions very easy to follow. The treadmill is very well designed for home assembly. I've taken a few outings on it now and it almost feels like a gym quality machine. Excellent for home use.

As with all the other reviews before me I am very impressed with the quality and ease of use. My only comment would be is that the pulse reader is a little too far forward on the machine so I have to lean forward to be able to do the HRC1 programme which is not natural and quite uncomfortable (I don't think my arms are particularly short!). It's not bad enough to put me off the machine as I just do the other programmes.

The Z16's high build quality makes it simple to set-up and use and its folding mechanism, plus wheels, makes storage and use very easy. The whole family is having lots of fun using it.
