Motion is very smooth, easy to use. Computer screen is excellent, with all the information you need. Pedal height can be adjusted to alter the elliptical movement. My only minor gripe is that the handles (the static heart monitoring handles, not the moving ones) are a bit low down. They are fine for my girlfriend, but for me (6ft) they seem a bit lower than they should be. An excellent piece of kit and good value for money.

Delivery within 7 days as promised, but no warning/choice of date/time. Other than that, the cross trainer is fab!! Sturdy, feels safe and a great workout!
