It is really fab and exactly like the ones i have bee using in the guy. its really sturdy and easy to use. it has taken me a little bit of a while to get used to the setting the programmes YOU CAN'T DO this unless you are moving otherwise it just tries to re-set the time, date etc.....i would recommend this cross trainer to anyone...and it is really compact fits in the courner of my living room brilliantly!! It has all the functions I wanted and it doesn't make a sound when using it. I was kept updated continuously from the minute I purchased it to it being delivered at my door. Assembly was easy too. Only downfall is there's no drinks holder!"
