Very quick delivery and once I put it together, which did take a bit of working out, consider it excellent in every respect. Did not receive the free pack but that was resolved without any hassle. Excellent all round.

The treadmill works really well after its prompt delivery. Assembly instuctions could be better but I got there in the end.
