Excellent company to deal with. Fast delivery, and we were kept informed every step of the way. The rower itself is fairly east to assemble. One problem I had is that the square apertures for the coach bolts holding the front foot rail to the body were punched too deep, allowing the bolts to rotate. I was able to pry them back up! Also, I originally thought that the display unit had been omitted, until I found it buried inside the foam packing. A warning in the instructions would help. The rower is well constructed, and the range of resistance settings is good. I prefer the resistance characteristics of the air-vane type machine, but don't have the space for one. This is a lot more compact, and the fold up action is good. Very good value for the price!

very pleased with my purchase - sturdy but not too heavy to manoeuvre! - and it folds away nicely when not in use. just wanted something to keep us fit and this is great - ample room for 6ft plus hubby and much smaller me!! quite easy to assemble too!

I purchased my rowing machine just after the New Year.At that time I weighed 14st 2lb.With sensible eating and constant use of the rowing machine I now weigh 12st 6lb.I am 60 years of age and suffered from smokers asthma.Everything strenious I did ie gardening,long walks,carrying heavy shopping left me breathless but in the 4 months since I have had the rowing machine eveythings a lot easier breathing wise.This is the best bit of kit I have bought for years

your product is of good quality for the low price that i paid. All the product parts was all present to put together. It is a good quality peice of equipment and i have fun working out on it.
