Took only a couple of days to be delivered. Fixed it up in 30 mins and I am very pleased with it. I did 25 mins rowing and after i could feel I did a workout. I would recomend this online company and also this rowing machine

Service was excellent - next day delivery. It's a really sturdy build and excellent value. Not being able to change the resistance is the only downside, but a 30 minute workout is still a workout.

Can't fault the machine, I'm really impressed with. The delivery was spot on, I had the rower within 2 days. Excellent!

Convenient delivery service (re-arranged at short notice with no hassles). Very easy to assemble. Good strong build, and easily folds to three qarters length. Generally a good rower, but lack of a resistance setting is a little disappointing (It's supposed to increase drag with stronger strokes, but not entirely convinced).

The Beny AR2 super air rower is a excellent piece of kit, it is really well put together and very robust, the seat as a smooth action and the fly wheel gives you a decent workout.Having been a regular user of the Concept2 rower at the local gym i must say that the Beny AR2 is excellent value for money. I can also say that the company that delivered the rower were excellent, they phoned to see when it was convenient to deliver and asked if i was at home for the next hour and they came round straight away, how often do you get that sort of service?.

Recently purchased this rower having spent a bit of time shopping around other models. I have to say I'm pretty happy with my purchase and the build quality v's price is extremely good. The rowing action is very impressive and the air resistance provides a good workout. Only problem I had was that the velcro footstrap snapped after about three workouts. In fairness to them Beny provided a replacement within 24 hours so it was an inconvenience not a problem. If you don't want to spend leading brand prices, but still get a decent machine/workout then this will be a good rower to consider.

Great piece of equipment and the flywheel doubles as a cooling fan too. Remarkably the rower arrived less than 24 hours after the order was placed. As a mid price rower I would recommend it to all.
