Ordered Monday, delivered Wednesday - the delivery guy phoned to say he was on the way but my wife was doing the school run, he phoned again once he arrived at our house and waited until she got back - very helpful. Pretty quick and easy to assemble and works well - you get a really good all over workout from the rower, would highly recommend it.

Took only a couple of days to be delivered. Fixed it up in 30 mins and I am very pleased with it. I did 25 mins rowing and after i could feel I did a workout. I would recomend this online company and also this rowing machine

Excellent communication and very flexible delivery options. The rower is solid and sturdy, yet easy to assemble. I have already clocked many, many miles on it and it only gets better. Good: performance, sitting position, LCD screen options, efforts scaling well with speed of rowing Bad: not much. It is slightly noisy and it gets really windy with the big rotor :)

The other reviews say it all really. The Beny AR2 was very easy to set up (yes it was a little heavy). Ive only used it twice so far but the action does seem smooth and the fan does cool you as you row! Dont think ill ever be ready to row the Atlantic but thats not why I bought it. I had an email telling me that the item would be delivered the next day and it was. You cant say fairer than that. So Im very pleased and like the other reviews would highly recommend.

This is an excellent product sold by an excellent retailer. Delivery was extremely fast despite being the 22nd December! The build quality is good, and it feels very stable. The seat is comfortable. Although it doesnt have any resistanve levels, the work out of fairly streneous and you will definately benefit from it. The display screen is very easy to read and understand. I would most definately recommend this product and company again.

Fast shipping & good communication & follow-up service. Rower was easy to assemble & is surprisingly sturdy which makes it feel very stable in use.

Very good service - it was delivered within 2 days. Easy to put together and seems well made. I bought it because I've used Concept 2's in the past. Obviously this is a much cheaper alternative, but has a similar feel and action, but not quite as smoothe in operation as the Concept 2. Very good value.

Service was excellent - next day delivery. It's a really sturdy build and excellent value. Not being able to change the resistance is the only downside, but a 30 minute workout is still a workout.

Can't fault the machine, I'm really impressed with. The delivery was spot on, I had the rower within 2 days. Excellent!
