We just ordered this stand, the construction is excellent, very strong and sturdy, but weight to hold it down is essential, we brought 10 25kg sandbags from a DIY store and that did the job great.

I was pleased with the quality of the stand. The service was excellent and the product was easy to put together with comprehensive instructions and the delivery was very well organised and quick. I would receommend this purchase to anyone. The only thing to think about is that it does need weights adding to stop the thing moving around when using the bag etc...

The stand is quite easy to build and very sturdy. To stop the thing moving around when using the bag I purchased (35Kg 5" BBA bag). I needed to add 120kg of weight to the base (40Kg per weight stack) but some people may need more and some less depending on how hard you can punch! The speed ball you get with the kit is a large size so a bit slow so you may want to go out and purchase a medium ball. The Stand has taken a pounding since I bought it and is still standing strong with no noticeable damage to the frame so I am very pleased with it and would recommend it!
