Fab, I bought this piece of kit for my hubby christmas, it gives you an all over work out. My husband loves it, i use it for my warmup before a run. And the kids think its great, also it doset take up much space which is always a bonus. Brill!!

This is a superb bit of kit, all the nagging doubts you have about whether the trainer will stay still during a proper pounding are quickly dismissed. Excellent.

Fantastic piece of kit! I use it as a work out and also to practise Karate kicks. My wife also uses it for Kick Boxing exercises - gives an all round workout - not for the faint hearted!!
