Brilliant service - Thank You !! Ordered Monday night and delivered Wednesday morning !! First impression is of a well-made piece of kit. It even works with the chest strap of my own HRM so my wife and I don`t have to share !!

Received the trainer two days after ordering. My previous elliptical trainer was a Reebok and it performed well and lasted long enough that I would buy another Reebok. The machine is basically the same slightly better looking a little quieter, it only works off the mains so the display is nice and bright. The best point about it is the heart rate is displayed from a chest strap a great addition on a relatively inexpensive machine.

The machine is great and pretty easy to assemble (even for a technophobe like me). There a many different programs and settings, so a very flexible machine. Its very quiet and sways a little compared to machines in the gym, but you're not paying a thousands for it and its very secure, so not a problem. Delivery was in 3 days, as advertised, with an email and courtesy call beforehand to confirm date, which was helpful. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Fantastic service from Simply Fitness Equipment. First Reebok faulty and they replaced it with out any hassle. Machine great, very quiet and easy to use. Can't recomend this company highly enough.

Delighted with the cross trainer, which was a surprise for hubby. Managed to put together myself too!
