This is an excellent product. Delivery was within a couple of days and assembly took less than 15 minutes. In use it is smooth and stable, easily adjusts to your desired training level. My one criticism isnt of the stepper but of it's pulse rate moniter, it really isnt accurate at all so I'll penalise it one star in my rating. Overall a great piece of kit and grate value

The stepper has definitely surpassed my expectations. Delivery was next day service. The stepper itself is easy to assemble, has a very smooth and stable action and there is plenty of scope for adjustment as one gets fitter. The only criticism I have is that the pulse meter is perhaps not all that accurate. Overall though, I think it is very good value.

I bought this stepper because I had already tried a couple of 'mini steppers' from other companies before and found them unreliable and gave me a bad back trying to keep my balance or holding onto something while stepping. Anyway, this steper is in a different class. Its actions are very smooth and the stepper is very stable in use (It has feet adjustments for uneven floors). My wife put this together in just 15 minutes while I was at work. It is a doddle to fold up and put back up and has small wheels for mooving. I like the way that I can put more resistance on each side independantly as my right leg is a litle stronger than my left. Only fault I can find with this machine is the pulse meter which is very unreliable and jumps all over the place, no matter where I place my hands. Overall a good stepper for the price if like me, you arn't bothered with the pulse meter.

We received the stepper in a matter of days, it was easy to assemble on my own. It is excellant value for the money and you can certainly feel it working! It can be tucked away into a corner although we find it easier to just pop it into a corner unfolded. All the family can use it at different levels as it is very easy to change the level of difficulty. A great buy!

I was extremely impressed with the stepper's quality, value for money and performance. Having used professional gym equipment in the past it exceeded my expectations. The only criticism I have is with the cable connector for the display monitor unit which was difficult to plug in properly. This is a minor criticism of an otherwise excellant product.

This is a great value stepper, of gym quality in my opinion. Not much assembly required, it took me about 20 minutes. I am particularly impressed with the hand pulse monitor which is very accurate, no matter where you hold the handles. and the 12 levels of resistance adjustment are usefull so you can vary between a fast aerobic workout or slow muscle toning, and everything in between. Although it is a folding model, i found it difficult to fold and unfold alone, as it is so heavy. Recomended.

This is a very well made, sturdy piece of kit. Once out of the box I added the little extras and was using it in about 15-20 minutes. The only downside: it shows you how unfit you are! For the money I think it is a great buy when you compare what you get for twice the price of a little stepper.
