"Saw this at a friend's house so knew what to expect. My husband was impressed with packaging and good quality of materials. Instructions were clear and all fixings were included. When assembled, it is a robust climbing frame with good slide. My grand daughter aged 2 loves it and the platform and 'den' underneath give huge imaginative possibilities as well for some years ahead. Excellent value for money - I would def recommend for younger children. My only one negative is that I would have like to have purchased a cover for it, but there is not one available."

"Well packaged and delivered very quickly after purchase. The self-assembly will be quite testing. I spent yesterday evening identifying all the parts - it would have been a great help if all the bits of wood came labelled with a sticker (eg, DO3, DO16 etc). It took me well over an hour, as some bits are easily confused - this is an essential first step and the instructions should instruct the user to carry it out unless Plum intend to add the labels as I have suggested. I enjoy, and am proficient at, DIY but I'm not sure how easy many would find the self assembly. The four hour estimate for the assembly is realistic for someone who knows what they are doing and has all the appropriate tools. I think it is good that they give a realistic estimate of the time needed for assembly and don't fudge or duck the issue. It is clearly very well made, with good quality treated and planed wood. The parts that are to be mounted are pre-drilled but the parts onto which they are to be mounted are not so the assembler has to measure and take great care to ensure that the parts are properly placed and aligned. That said, I have no doubt at all that once I have assembled it it will be an excellent piece of equipment. The information and photographs on the website were very helpful, the ordering process, the price and the delivery service were excellent."
