This shoulder and leg press station is used effectively alone or can be attached to the G500 and the G505 to create a dual station multigym
This multigym benefits from a "ratio adjustment" on all exercises, when the pin is fitted the ratio is 2:1 and when the pin is removed it is 1:1, this means the 50kg vinyl weight stack can provide upto 100kg resistance. This York shoulder and leg press station can be used effectively alone or can be attached to the G500 and the G505 to create a dual station multigym. It additionally benefits from a nine position rear seat forward.back adjustment. The narrow seat design behind the shoulders allows greater clearance and comfort.
