The gym arrived in a couple of days and took about 2 hours to assemble. As others have said, the instructions aren`t the best but with the aid of the photos on this website assembly wasn`t too taxing. The hardest part was figuring out where the cables all went. In use, it`s pretty smooth and feels solid. For the price it seems very good and I can do most of the exercises I used to have to go to the gym for. Recommended.
