Delivered very promptly and the assembly instructions were very easy to Follow. We started to use it straight away and found it to be an excellent piece of equipment.

The rower arrived propmtly. I was a little confused as I ordered a Rower 700 and the outside packaging referred to a 3000. A telephone call confirmed that i had been shipped the correct machine. The machine was easy and quickly assembled as the instructions were foolproof. As a family we are pleased with the rower. It is very quiet and appears to be well built. Visitors over the Christmas holiday meant that we had to store the rower on its side, a very easy process. Only criticism is that my husband found the seat to be a bit 'slippy' but was able to resolve the problem with a piece of non slip matting.

Very fast delivery - ordered on Friday @ 4pm and it arrived on Monday @ 10am! You'll not get that kind of service at many internet stores. The rower itself was very easy to put together, I'd expect just about anyone to be able to do it, although it is heavy. One thing I would say, is the the Vivotion mats don't do a very good job of holding it in place - under "spirited" rowing, the machine slides back & forth on the mats!! I may try and look at a way of keeping it in place in the future. All in all, a great, sturdy product, great service from the on-line store and speedy delivery. What more can you ask for?
