What information is collected and how is it used?

I want to make a complaint to Kybotech, how do I do this ?
Kybotech undertakes to handle a complaint fairly and competently. We will keep you informed either by telephone or email at each stage and will endeavour to fully resolve your complaint within 48 hours.

How do I Un-Subscribe from Information Which You Provide To Me?
Of course we do not wish to lose you and would hate for you to miss out on any newsletters and special offers but if you wish to un-subscribe from our newsletter at any time you can do so by logging into your account on line and by updating your preferences.
