- He tells you when and where to hit him by lighting up. Slam Man LED target lights are programmed to light up in challenging sequences...he leads you through a variety of exciting workouts. And each LED light is covered with a durable molded plastic lens embedded beneath the foam for added breakproof protection.
- He’s sensitive. Slam Man’s sensor allows you to adjust your punch. Push the sensor down and you have to hit harder in order to activate the lights.
- He’s strong, silent and adjustable. Filled with 240 pounds of sand for stability, the average user can hit Slam Man in the “stomach” as hard as they want. Plus, he adjusts quickly and easily to three different heights–64ins, 68ins and 72ins for user ease and variety. And with overall dimensions of 18ins long by 15-1/2 ins wide by 72ins high, he’ll fit just about anywhere.
- Slam Man’s computer has fifteen programs. Slam Man’s computer allows the user to choose from three challenge levels... beginner, intermediate and advanced as well as 5 different boxing programs plus the random program for a real challenge! The computer will also time and score a workout.
- Includes: Instructional video, professional quality 12 oz boxing gloves and a low fat eating plan manual are included.
