We are both happy with the machine. It was not difficult to put together and works as it should. Good value at the price.
I think the service & product is excellant.I use my cross trainer almost every day & feel so much better for it,as I haven't done any exercise for a while.It arrived on time & well packaged.
I bought the RE3 cross trainer in January and it is an absolutely fabulous bit of kit....sadly after just under 2 months it broke. I called Simply Fitness on Friday 26 Feb and they arranged for a new one to be delivered. I recieved the replacement on Monday the 1st of March. I cannot express how impressed I am with the service of Simply Fitness and how prompt their service was. Customer service wait time was about 2 minutes....and totally hassle free. I will be buying again from this company as I am so impressed. All I need to do now is make up the replacement which is probably going to take me longer than it took to order and recieve it in the first place. All going well I am one extremely happy customer!
