The Kettler Vito XL Elliptical Cross Trainer
With 20kg flywheel
The Verso XL model from Kettler has a Jumbo LCD for measuring time, speed, pedalling rhythm, distance covered per session, total distance covered, energy consumption, room temperature, pulse rate and recovery pulse rate with fitness rating from 1-6. Almost too many features!
With backward and forward movement for varied exercising of muscles, you can exercise the muscle groups of your choice. Also ergonomically shaped grip for exercising torso.
This excellent cross trainer includes electronic measurement of pulse rate using either hand sensors, ear clip (both supplied) or a Cardio Pulse Set (optional accessory - not included)
Training computer: Jumbo LCD for measuring time, speed, pedalling rhythm, distance covered per session, total distance covered, energy consumption, room temperature, pulse rate and recovery-pulse rate. A general fitness mark between 1 and 6 is awarded. Automatic switch between data sets shown. Possible settings: time, distance, energy consumption, optimum pulse rate for exercising
