This is a great product. Having been a devout exercise bike fan for years, I thought I would give elliptical trainers a try, and this one in particular caught my eye. It really is a very sturdy unit and very enjoyable to use. There are enough levels of resistance to keep everyone happy from beginner through to expert. The product doesn't seem to come with an instruction manual or assembly manual though, which is a shame; however it is on the company's website and you can download it and print it out anyway. Still there was no mention of this anywhere on the box or on the marketing, I had to figure it out for myself. The box is very heavy, so make sure you have someone to help you heft it upstairs. And you get your first free workout just assembling the thing!!! That said, I love it and think it will encourage me to use it every day now. And thats an achievement in itself! Five stars. Looks good, takes up less room than some of the elliptical trainers I have tried. A very good product at a very good price. And the icing on the cake is that it was delivered to me within 48 hours!
